Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tlawh Academy's website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent if younger), and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are enrolling a minor, you as parent or guardian accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use of the services.
Our Services
Tlawh Academy provides online Islamic education services including:
- One-on-one and group Quran recitation and memorization sessions
- Classical Arabic language instruction
- Seerah, Hadith, and Islamic studies courses
- Fiqh and Islamic law programs
- Sessions conducted via video conferencing platforms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
User Accounts
When creating an account or registration request with Tlawh Academy, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is complete upon confirmation from our team following your registration request. Payment terms, pricing, and session packages will be communicated to you directly.
All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
Refund Policy
- Sessions cancelled by the instructor will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
- Student-cancelled sessions with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled at our discretion.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
- Pre-paid packages: unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@tlawh.com.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Tlawh Academy website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, and recorded sessions — is the property of Tlawh Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited without prior consent.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific learning outcomes, or error-free content. Internet connectivity issues, technical difficulties, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tlawh Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your enrollment by contacting us with written notice. Upon termination, refunds will be handled per our Refund Policy above.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or competent courts.
